Tier 2 ICT : Rules for refusals

Post by shashivm » Mon May 21, 2012 12:41 pm

Hi All,

I am about to apply for getting my VISA (Tier 2, ICT ) extension.

I was fined for a traffice offence in November 2011. Offence was allowing one of my friend to drive the vehicle without insurance on his name. I was asked to pay a fine which I did on time.

Should I be including this as an offence in the application form?
If Yes, is there any chance of application getting refused for that reason?

Thanks for your time and suggestion in advance.

If you are applying for extension, then you are applying for leave to remain and not "visa".

1. Yes.
2. No.
