VFS status

Hello,

My wife has submitted her Tier 2 dependent visa application in VFS Chennai. The current status is: "Your application has been forwarded to The British High Commission". Can some one brief the subsequent statuses that we can expect before the visa is issued?

Hi- My wife just received her second status message saying your application is under consideration in new Delhi, Do you know how much did it take after this stage for you to receive the passport back ??

For Tier 2 dependent visa application, it should take 6-8 Working days to get the passport back.

For Tier 2 dependent visa application, it should take 6-8 Working days to get the passport back from date of application.
