UK Tier 2 ICT visa delays (long term staff)

All,

I (along with my 2 dependents) applied for our Tier 2 ICT long term visa on 27th September 2012 at the VFS Bangalore. It has been close to 5 weeks now but the status on the UKBA site shows as ' Application under process' .

Are there other applicants as well who faced similar delays?

Can anyone suggest me when will I receive my visa?
