Tier 2 ICT short term to Long term Query

Post by sarav1980 » Wed Nov 21, 2012 3:04 am

Hi,

I have been granted tier 2 ict short term visa on august 2012 and it is valid till august 2013. I have not travelled till now .

Also the short term visa was issued for a different client and now I need to go for a new client.

Is it possible to change it to Long Term?

You may make a new entry clearance application under Tier 2 (ICT) long term staff sub-category with a new restricted CoS.
