Receiving Passport and Docs after Visa Approval / Rejection

Hey,

I included a First Class empty Envelope at the time of Visa application in order to get the documents( Passport and Visa Docs) returned to me in First Class post.

So my question is, will I get the docs and everything related to the visa excluding my Biometric Card in the Envelope I provided or I will receive it separately. If by any chance there is an rejection how and when will I get the docs ? I am asking this as I gave my Biometrics on 8 Dec and havent received anything yet and as I can see someone who has given Biometric on 12 Dec has received his visa.

I would appreciate if any one can help.
