Change of Sponsor Name

Post by kumar125 » Thu Feb 14, 2013 12:34 pm

Hi All,
I am working under Tier2-ICT from last 8 months.

My company "ABC" has been taken over by "XYZ" company.

Therefore there is change in the name of company from "ABC" to "XYZ" .

The position(Designation), salary, job duties remain same, only change is name of the company.

The nature of business of my company remains same.

The sponsorship license was issued by "ABC" company.

Will there be any change to sponsorship license ?

Can you help me what documentation process needs to be done in this case.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards
Kumar
