Difference/UKBA PO box address and courier address ?

Difference/UKBA PO box address and courier address ?

Can I send tier 2 G ext application to the UKBA courier address rather than the PO box address through 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery with return envelope for return of documents. I would not like to send such important documents, passports etc to a PO Box address. An early response/help is highly appreciated.
