Tier 2 Application With COS issued before April 6th

I am going to apply for my Tier 2 General Visa shortly, but my COS was assigned before 6th of April, so could some one please confirm whether I have to submit old application form or the new one that has been released after 6th April,

If there is not change to SOC code, I am sure that new form with old SOC should be of no problem.

Just fill te new form with new fees before cos expired.
