Am I elgible to Get ILR

Hi
I am currently on PSW and shifting to TIRE 2 general visa through an umbrella company and my salary they are offering is £29,500. Am I eligible for ILR after 5 years. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

as rules stand now, u will either need 30k salary then or ur ocupation on being shotage list.
but for love of god, u are going to make a swith to tier 2 and then 5 dam years .. till then they will probably change rules a million times
