Clarity on the ILR

Hello All

I have a question on ILR. I came to UK in Oct 2010 under the T2 ICT Established Staff and after 2 year I got the visa extended for next 2 years in T2 Long Term.

Now with that that I have 3 questions:

1. Can I apply for ILR once I complete 5 years.
2. Can I apply for T2 ICT General in UK itself with other sponsor.
3. Will I get ILR with T2 ICT General?

1. not if you stay on T2 ICT
2. you are eligible to switch to T2G in-country if you change sponsor
3. yes you will be eligible after 5 years on T2G
