I want to apply a dependent visa from India and trying to fill the online application form but when i am clicking on the apply now link i am getting error 404 page not found.
The link that i am using is

Are there some changes made to the website because online payment was made mandatory in India from 16th December.
Can you please help me out from where i can fill the online application form.
