Tier 2 Dependent Out of UK Application - Documents

Hi,

I have Just obtained a Tier 2 Visa. My A-Rated Sponsor in the last minute has informed me that they cannot sponsor my dependant. I have not maintained 600£ in my account under the assumption that my sponsor will support my wife's application.

My Wife does not have a bank account. She is applying from India. Would it be OK if my wife submitted her Dad's Bank statements and my Dad's bank statements as evidence for maintenance and accomodation. Both our parents are happy to sign a letter saying she has access to the funds in their bank account.

Quite urgent...
