Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence

Post by amanhydra » Mon Mar 09, 2015 3:24 pm

Afternoon experts/forum members.

I had a generic question on Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence, please advise if this needs to go to a different forum.

I have been given a Tier 2 General visa through my employer. Soon I will be applying for an ILR. Assuming my application goes through, wanted to know what would happen to my Tier 2 Licence? That is, can my employer use this to sponsor to other new hires? Or would it expire? Does it depend on the type of sponsor?

Can somebody advise on this please? Thanks.

you dont have a tier 2 licence. U have a tier 2 visa.
to get the visa, you were assigned a COS and that is used for you to apply visa.
the employer can not use that cos to issue a visa to anyone else.
if they want to sponsor someone else, they need to request an increase in allocation.

I understand .. That was a typo.

Thanks for this...
