Dependant visa validity/extension

Hi.

I am in company sponsor visa now and it's going to expire Jan 2017.

My wife applied dependent visa and got yesterday.

I got a job offer today and if I need to switch over my employee sponsor visa next month do my wife need to apply the dependent visa once again ?

or will the current visa will be valid for her?

Get your wife to travel to UK before you apply for leave to remain under the new sponsor.
