Tier 2 (General) salary thresholds increased

Post by kumar114 » Tue Jul 12, 2016 12:12 pm

Hi,
According to new rule, Tier 2 (General) salary thresholds for experienced workers will be increased to £25,000 in autumn 2016, and £30,000 in April 2017.

My VISA will expire on 15 July 2017.

So, can I extend my VISA before April just to get away with that £30,00 threshold salary?

Kind Regards
Kumar

The rules for autumn 2016 have not been announced yet. You will be fine to apply with no issues at the moment.
