Tier 2 priority service delays?

Hi all,

I submitted a tier 2 priority application (change of employers) on the 8th September with an A rated sponsor and enrolled bio metrics on the 14th of September, but is yet to hear anything. I assumed it to be a relatively straightforward application as lawyers were on the case the whole way, the only issue I could think of is one very minor foreign speeding ticket which was also declared.

Also, when do UKVI start counting the 10 working days - is it from the day bio metrics are enrolled, or the day they receive the application?

I was wondering if there is anyone else experiencing delays? The wait is awful...
