Hi
i applied for my tier 2 visa dependent visa for my daughter (she is 10 months old) and it got rejected. and the reason which is tuberculosis certificate. in the TB certificate - appollo hospital didint tick the option which is "NO evidence for Pulmonary TB"- BECUASE of this it got rejected.
This is not my mistake and either embassy mistake.
My question here is whether i can do administrive review or not? Along with the rejection letter they didnt send the administive review form to appeal the application. if i appeal it how long it will take to gert the decision.
OR
is it better to apply again to make a new application.
Please reply ASAP... i booked flight ticket for my daughter on nov 5.
Regards,
Karthik

Not sure on what basis you can request AR if a decision has been made on the information presented.
