Can I have ICT long term main & dependent work permit

Hi,

I am having ICT long term main, my child is having ICT long term dependent. both wp are till NOv 2018.
My wife is also having OCT long term main till June 2017 from different employer.

My questions are.
1) Can I apply as my wife's dependent? If yes then what happens with my ICT long term WP? is it valid
2) Can my child hold two dependent work permit (me & my wife)?

No, your main ICT will be cancelled. You cannot hold two visas at the same time.

No. Same as my answer in #1. If you switch to your wife ICT dependent, the child will have to switch with you.

in above case if I dont switch my WP then me and my wife will have Separate ICT WP then in this case can my child hold two dependent WP?

Can I have ICT long term WP & UK tourist visa at the same time.?

Your child CANNOT hold two dependent visas. If your child is on your visa as a dependent, then he is not also on your wifes' visa as a dependent

If I dont get any project I need to go back to home country so in order to join my family for tempararoy period I thought to use tourist VISA..
just checking the feasibility of this..If I have tourist UK visa, is there any impact on my ICT WP?

My child is dependent on me.I am planning to leave UK by Nov last week.
Can I apply for my child's dependent WP to my wife as main applicant from UK? If yes can my child stay in UK till its in process even if I leave UK?

Your child will have to apply to be a dependent on your wife's visa.

Why can't you apply as dependent on your wife?

Unlikely you will be successful with a tourist visa if your family is here and you have recently left the UK. If you apply for a tourist visa, it will likely cancel your ICT.
