Hi,
I was in my Tier 2 visa for 2.5 years from 2013 and I switched to Tier 4 Visa in 2016 for higher full time studies. I will be finishing with my studies in mid 2017 therefore I'd like to know answers to the following questions.
1. Can I switch back to Tier 2 visa again from my current Tier 4 visa if I find employment again next year?
(I am a bit confused if I can switch back again to Tier 2 again from my current Tier 4, although I've only been in my Tier 2 for 2.5 years and I got almost 3 years left to complete 5 years in the Tier 2 )
2. If I get Tier 2 again next year, will I be able to apply ILR by end of 5 years in Tier 2 ?
(Again i'm bit confused if I'll be eligible to apply ILR by end of 5 years of Tier 2 because my Tier 2 visa is not continuous as I have switched from Tier 2 -> Tier 4 -> Tier 2 )
I will be grateful if someone knows any information about this as gov.uk site doesn't specify this situation clearly and it only says people can switch from Tier 4 to Tier 2 and my situation is bit complicated which is Tier 2->Tier 4->Tier 2.
Looking forward to an answer!
Many Thanks!
