Hello,

The time limit of maximum 6 years on Tier 2 General visa was introduced for anyone making applications after April 2011; what will be the situation with those migrants who came to UK under Tier 2 General prior to 2011 and have not got ILR till now for whatever reason, can they get extensions past 6 years time frame?
