Visa delayed and not issued within service standard

Hi All,
I applied for visa for my newborn daughter but still have not received her passport and visa (PBS-dependent child). It is now more than the service standard (8 weeks) mentioned by UKVI. I called UKVI, but the lady said it is still under process. We have to travel urgently in few days time and would like to have my daughter's visa and passport back. I was wondering, is there a way to ask UKVI to speed up the process (paying additional fees or anything)? Any ideas/suggestion on what should we do at this stage?

this is frustrating . I am even waiting for decision on my case

Applied 30th September, standard postal service
its been 10 weeks and 3 days but no response from HO.

I have called them several times but all I can listen is , visa is in processing, continue to wait
they do say we cannot give any information when time has gone above 8 weeks . well they cannot even give any information if the time is beyond 8 weeks. What a Joke ......

I will see by end of this week otherwise my company director has decided to reach local MP and advise him the issue
