Temporary visits to husband Tier 2 dependence general visa

Please i need answers on these questions of mine. I am a US green card holder of almost 2 years, living in America. I am a Nigerian by Nationality.
Am recently married (5months) and my husband who is a medical doctor and on a medical training with NHS since sept 2016 wants me to visit.
1.) The question is can i visit multiple times on a tier 2 dependance visa?
2.) I don't intend to live nor work in Uk or should i apply for tourist visa of 6months or 2years?
3.) Third question is, is to possible;e to hold residency of both US and UK by visit UK occasionally?

1) Yes

2) Visit visa is not for residing. Not guaranteed especially with a husband in UK.

3) Not really. Visiting UK is not and cannot be residing.
