Forgot to register with Police

Hi There
I got Post study work visa in year 2011 and one of the conditions on the visa was to Register with police within 7 days of arrival.
I stayed in UK for 15 days but didn't register with police as i had to come back to India urgently. After a year i again went to UK for visit but that time also i didn't register with police as i only wanted to stay in UK for 8 days and came back. The visa expired in 2013.

Now in March -2017 i am applying for Tier-2 General Visa. I Came to know that Indian nationals are no longer required to register with police.However i am bit concerned that will my failure to register with police during the last visa will affect my visa application this time. Any guidance or help will be highly appreciated.
