PBS depdendent visa extention if the main applicant gets ILR

Hi,
My wife and daughter entered UK as my Tier 2 General dependent in Feb 2013 when she was granted a 3 yr dependent Visa. I have obtained ILR in Jan 2017 through 5 yr tier 2 route.

My wife and daughter's visa expiring soon, they are 1 year short of their ILR only, They need to extend their visa on PBS dependent route, Is it possible to extend for 1 year ? I suppose min they can extend is 3 years only, just wanted to confirm.

If they apply extention for 3 years, how much IHS they need to pay? If I am selecting my ILR visa which is valid till Dec 2024, then IHS calculates 3600 which is too much.

Is it possible to pay IHS for 1 year only because after 1 year they will be eligible to ILR application.


What is the form and documents required for the required visa?

A PBS dep extension will be for 3 years.

£600 each IHS fee. Not possible to pay less.

They must APPLY ALONE, do not put your ILR details in the form.
