Process of cancelling premium service appointment and refund

Hello friends,
I have applied for tier 2 general visa with premium service. Due to some error in COS I have to cancel my appointment, But I am not sure how to do that, I looked at premium service page, there is no option of cancelling appointment but only reschudling. I have not been to appointment and I have not submitted any document. Do I need to withdraw application, if yes than How?
I have got new COS as well, May I make new application before I cancelling previous appointment.

many thanks for quick reply, I have been on that webpage of premium service centre,
but I have submitted online application form but have chose to go in person using premium service, does that mean that i have applied as a part of online application form. in that case do I need to withdraw application, am I eligible for refund,,

When is your appointment scheduled for?

You need to log into your user account etc to effect the process but there are limitations on when you can cancel etc.

my appointment is on 13/11/2016, it is tier 2 general visa change of employment application, due to error in COS, I am getting new COS and planning to apply again so wish to cancel old application and appointment,
but I am not sure If I can apply while my previous application is not cancelled.

Are you sure

Has your sponsor cancelled the other CoS? My understanding is that you cannot have two CoS assigned to you.

oh sorry its 13-04-2017 and I have not got second COS yet but they will assigned me as soon as I will short out this issue

Better decide quickly what you are going to do:

You must:

cancel at least 5 working days before your appointment for a full refund
reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment

You don’t need to pay the fees again if you reschedule your appointment.

in abovelink-
it says if you booked as a part of online application then you can only reshedule cannot cancel, and you have to withdraw application before making new one.
if you booked applied visa in person than you can cancel, and get refund automatic once cancelled

So my question is what is my categoary, as a part of online application or visa in person,
