As long as you have finished the course for which the tier 4 was given originally and u have not made switch to any other category.

Well I finished the course under tier 4 and didnt change to another category. But i came back to my country. if i keep applying from my home country, will this still apply?

I believe no. This is only if u are changing from tier 4 to tier 2, inside the country..
If you apply for tier 2 from home country, you are not switching.. u are applying for a new leave.

Thanks, I do have another question. While I was in the UK under tier 4, I got 3 job offers from the licensed companies who can hire tier 4 but upon hearing my status, they refused to go any further. If they are exempted from surcharge and labour market assessments and being registered as tier 2 sponsors, why would they refuse me?

No, because I thought the tier 4 students were subject to the labour market assessment
