I got a one year contract with a school through an agency. The school has offered me an extension of my contract, but this time around they will be employing me directly rather then through the agency. I applied for an extension but it was recently denied because I used the CoS reference number from my first application.
Home Office indicated that the application was denied because I used the CoS from my first application and should have been issued a new one. My school however told me that the same Home Office sent an email to then saying 'We have not allocated the number of Tier 2 General unrestricted certificates of sponsorship (CoS) that you requested. This is because the migrants you have identified are to be TUBE transferred and therefore new CoS not required.'
As a result of this, my application was refused, my visa expires very soon and the school is thinking of making an appeal. What do we need in order to make an appeal?
