Tier 2 ICT dependent to Tier 2 General

Hello,

I am in UK with a ICT Tier 2 Long term staff visa. My wife is here with a ICT tier 2 dependent visa. She has been offered a sponsorship and she is planning to change status to Tier 2 General. Can the employer use his unrestricted CoS or does he have to apply for restricted CoS. And if restricted CoS, does that have to be applied after RLMT or can be applied even before that?

She has to apply from home country. She cannot switch within the UK.

Restricted CoS can only be issued AFTER the full and proper RLMT has been done. She can only be offered the job after RLMT.

If at all she if she gets a job offer and there by a Tier 2 general, do i have to wait for her to complete 3 months at work before i can apply and become her dependent? As only after 3 months 3 payslips will be generated? Just trying to see if i have to convert my status from Tier 2 ICT to tier 2 general dependent, do i have to provide 3 paylsips of the tier 2 general main applicant who is my wife.

You can apply as her dependent as soon as she returns to the UK with her Tier 2 General visa.
