Hello,
I am in UK with a ICT Tier 2 Long term staff visa. My wife is here with a ICT tier 2 dependent visa. She has been offered a sponsorship and she is planning to change status to Tier 2 General. Can the employer use his unrestricted CoS or does he have to apply for restricted CoS. And if restricted CoS, does that have to be applied after RLMT or can be applied even before that?
