I have a question about the additional information asked by the HO regarding the rCos request.
5 working days after the allocation date, my sponsor contacted the HO because there was no movement on the rcos. The HO came back and said they requested additional info from my sponsor but my sponsor said they were never contacted by the HO. And then yesterday, our rocs request got denied as we didn't submit the additional info in time (because we didn't know).
We've tried to contact the HO since last week but they still haven't answered up until this point. We will have to submit the request again next month and wanted to see if we can be prepared for it.
I understand that HO makes the decision case by case, but I wonder what sort of additional information do they normally ask for? Do they normally grant you the rcos in the same month after you provide them with the documents they need?
Any input would be very much appreciated - I'm getting worried!
