Tier 2 general - dependant visa maintenance query

Hello all experts,
I need some advise about showing maintainance fund for my wife who is going to apply for dependant visa
I am currently on Tier 2 sponser visa.
my question is
1. how much fund I need to show - is it 945 for me +630 for my wife or only for my wife 630?

2. If its 945+630= 1575. May I use my two different bank accounts one is current and another is savings account, to show fund (because at one point in july fund goes below 1500 for 10 days only, so to cover that time I need another account to compensate)

3. Do I need NOC letter from landlord, I have flat rented from estate agent, will it matter if I only submit tenancy contract.
please help whenever you can as I have already booked an appointment for 10th november.

Hello, I am also following this thread because I am also currently having some confusion about the maintenance funds needed and the type of accommodation needed if I want to bring my husband and kids to the UK.
