Tier 2 dependent Extension IHS

Hi

I am applying for my my wife's Tier 2 dependent visa extension. I am currently on ILR.
When I fill up the form and go to the IHS website, it says I have to pay 1400 GBP for extension for 3 years (My current ILR is till 2024, so it is somehow taking 7 years worth of IHS).
How should I correct this please ?

put 3 years instead of 7. your dependent will get 3 years extension.

where should I put 3 years ?
when I give details of my ILR visa ?
