TIER 2 Curtailment

Post by anammahmud » Thu Dec 21, 2017 5:12 pm

Hi all,

My company's license is revoked on Nov 14, 2017, but I have not received any curtailment letter from Home Office. I am suggested that I should write a letter to HO asking about my immigration status and curtailment latter.
Please advise me the HO curtailment office address if anyone knows.

Thanks,

A Mahmud

Whats your current T2 expiry date?

It may take months (4-12) to get curtailment. Just make sure that HO has your latest address

Thanks, my visa expires Nov 2018. Can I continue to work with my current employer until curtailment received?

I think you can work for your current sponsor for 60 days (Double check with HR)

But until you get the curtailment letter your stay is legal. Ideally you should try to find a new sponsor soon.
