Any rules on Tier 2 this year

Post by krishpa » Sun Feb 11, 2018 5:56 pm

Hello people,

1. Any rule is coming this year on Tier 2 General or On ILR? as HO usually announce new legislations in every April right?

2. As like salary and still allow work permit for Tier 2 Dependant?

3. Also is still Exist for 10 year ILR route?

Thanks,

Kris

1. None announced so far, since the updates w.e.f. 11 January 2018. There are not always changes. Keep an eye on the Home Office website.

2. Depends on your SOC. No change to dependents work rights.

3. The Tier 2 sub forum is not the right place to ask about 10 years ILR. There is, however, no change at this stage to ILR LR.
