(Urgent) My visa was refused due to salary...I want to reapply...I dont have my passport

folks,

My application was refused due to salary. I want to reapply with a new COS and increased salary. However, I dont have my passport. Can I apply for priority or premium services? Will they send my passport? Can I wait for my passport and once arrived, I go for premium.

I called the UKVI helpline for four times and all contradictory responses. though, all of them could agree that I can not go for premium.

Can you please help me ASAP as I am extremely stressed?

I contacted my case worker and I was advised that I can apply whichever service I want and my passport will be liked to my new application. I called UKVI helpline and they gave me confusing answers AGAIN...

Can someone share their experience? could they use premium service while passport retained?

I am sure you can opt for premium or priority service with extra cost. Postal will cost you less.

I have not experienced this. What I think is when you fill your new application, it will ask you something like 'are you still waiting for any decision of your previous application' or 'Is your application (passport, brp and other document etc.) with us' ?

If you say 'YES' then it might ask you to enter your previous application number etc. With that reference, HO will be able to track your previous application and passport etc.
I am not an expert so you can wait for experts advice. Good luck with your application.

Many thanks for your comments, my case worker says that I can definitely use priority but she is not 100% about premium. she mentioned that premium service works differently and she can not give definite answer.

My previous application has a refusal decision. it is in AR. How come i can put a YES for that question?
