tier 2 to indefinite leave continuos period in the UK clarification

Post by sntsh » Wed Mar 28, 2018 5:34 pm

I was granted tier 2 visa in april 2013.

I switched to a different employer in may 2014.

in December 2014, after about 7 months of employment with this new employer, following a home office inspection, my tier 2 visa was terminated stating that I had not met residence market test.

I was allowed 60 days to look for a new sponsor. I was again issued a tier 2 visa in February 2015.
I will have completed my 5 years as a tier 2 migrant in april 2018.

will the 7 months and 2 further months grant to leave which was cancelled by home office count towards the lawful period in UK.

Instantly cancelled or did you receive a 60 days curtailment letter??

If you received a curtailment letter, it would be useful if you specific dates in the sequence of events.
