Please can you help on the requirements for the Tier-2 Dependent Visa extension for the following situation:

Summary:
- Husband has ILR
- Wife and child (born outside UK) are on Tier-2 ICT Long Term Staff Dependent Visa.
- Wife is not having employment

Specifically;
- English Language Requirement
- Is any coupon of sponsorship required from the employer of the husband
- Is any certification/maintenance letter required from the husband or employer of the husband?
- Anything else that is relevant

Also From where can we get;
- Cost for the application?
- Estimated timelines for the postal application process?

YOU or your SPOUSE must submit evidence of maintenance held for 90 days in the form of bank statements. £630 per applicant.

IHS fee for each applicant.
Proof of cohabitation.

Fees (click), £704 each I believe for ICT Dependents PLUS £600 each for IHS

It can take up to 8 weeks, sometimes a few months.
