Applied PBS dependent extension but not received any confirmation

Hi Experts,

I have applied for Tier 2 PBS dependent extension (Standard) and sent all documents to home office 8 days ago (on 10/08/18), on next day delivery.. I can see my documents have been delivered to PO box. However, I haven't received any email/ post confirming that home office received the documents which is very worrying.

Is this normal? Could someone who applied please share your experience? Thanks.

Hi,

You don't get an "Acknowledgement Letter" now, even bio-metrics letter is printed straight after the completion of payment, and its initial text says that "Thank you for your application for permission to stay in the UK."
