Regarding Tier2 restricted general visa

Post by rajanareshkosuri » Tue Aug 28, 2018 1:45 am

Hello,

Hope you are doing good.

This is regarding TIER2 restricted general visa application. I will get COS by next month mid. Now many things roaming in my mind about next action i need to do before apply VISA.

) I have studied in a college affiliated to Andhra University , Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. AS per website. candidate need to prove English speaking before visa proceedings if university is not recognized by NARIC list. Could any one let me know the NARIC registered institute list? I didn't find in internet and still searching for the list. This will clarify me whether i have to take English proving test or not? Please guide me.

2) I had all university documents with me. Is home office expects transcripts (college certificate) during visa submission?

3) My sponser is 'A rated' employer in Home office list. I have check the same in website. Do i need to maintain 975pounds per month in my account still? Do i need to prove my personal savings during applying VISA application.

4) I heard that, COS validity period is 3 months. Is it mean, using the COS within 3 months or visa proceeding must completed within 3 months?

5) Finally, How much money i need to arrange for 5 year General restricted Tier 2 visa.

Thank you very much for your time. Please provide reference links as well in reply if you find. I will wait for your important feedback.

Regards
Raja

1) You need a certificate from NARIC which states equivalency. the NARIC site should be able to provide you with a letter. When I applied two years ago I also had to provide a letter from my institute stating my medium of instruction was english. This process might have changed since then so the gurus can provide a more comprehensive answer

2) You need original degree certificate

3) If your sponsor is A rate and has certified maintenance in CoS, then you don't need to provide proof for maintenance funds

4) The CoS must be used within 90 days or it will revert to the Home Office. As soon as the CoS is assigned, it will show as "USED"

5) The fees are given on the UKVI site. It depends on whether you are a shortage occupation or not
