Different level of locum work on tier 2 visa

Hello, I am currently a tier2 visa holder working with the NHS at middle grade level. I want to know if it is legal to work at SHO level during my 20-hour weekly locum limit. Clarification would be highly appreciated. Thank,s

Not sure what 'middle grade' or 'SHO level' is at the NHS, you would need to be more specific!!

Your second job for 20 hours must be at the same level and SOC as your main tier 2 sponsored job.

The middle-grade job is ST3 level and above. However, the SHO job is ST1 and ST2. These are lower levels compared to the middle grade.

Still not clear to be honest. Not everyone knows how the NHS grading works.

My point still stands, you must work at the same level and SOC as your main tier 2 job.
