Tier 2 Visa and Business Account

A quick question to dear forum members.

I am not sure if anyone of you knows the answer.

I am a Tier 2 Visa Holder. Am I allowed to open up a Treasures Bank Account (it is classed as a Business Account) for a non-profit, not for business local community that I am part of. There is no work or payment. Its just voluntary community activity.

yes, that will be fine.
i know a friend who is on Tier 2 G and running a business as a director, as long as you are not working for the business, you will be fine. there is no statement in Tier 2 Guidelines that says you cannot open business / non profit org.
