Delay BRP collection date (Outside the UK)

My BRP card has arrived at the Post Office. However, due to some personal reason, I shall not be able to enter UK within the date provided (30day period). Is there any process associated with any Fees to request an extension on the date of collection of the BRP?

Apply for a visa vignette transfer, costs almost £200.
