Waiting for CoS..(Urgent)

Hi there,

I graduated last October as a Tier 4 student and two weeks ago my supervisor would like to employ me as a research assistant. However, I am still waiting for the CoS number while my visa is only valid until March 30th(this Saturday). Can I overstay for a while(less than 14 days) to wait for my CoS so that I can avoid the RLMT and switch my visa inside the UK?

Please can you give me some advice on this
