Hi,
I couldn’t find an appropriate topic for my query. I have read the forum especially the Super Priority applications and I think my case is a bit different.
I applied for a Tier 2 General using the Super Priority Service last January 5, 2019. I had the biometrics appointment on 10 January 2019 (paid £100 for the appointment at Croydon). I never received any correspondence after the 24 hour period. I called after 5 days and my application was escalated and was advised to call after 5 working days if I still have not received a response regarding my application. To cut the story short, I did what the other members did-call, escalate, wrote a complain & wrote a letter for the refund of the £610. My solicitor received a letter last 22 January 2019 stating that the Home Office needs more time to consider my application.
My application might not be straight forward.
My COS will expire on April 3, 2019. What happens if there was no decision made? I cannot find an answer online when searching at gov.uk.
I also have not received a response about the refund.
