Switch from ICT dependent to Tier 2 General

Currently i'm working in UK with ICT dependent visa and I would like to know whether I can switch from ICT dependent to Tier 2 General being in the same company without going back to home country ? Please respond asap

You cannot switch within the UK. You must apply from home country with a restricted CoS.
