Two Tier 2 residents getting married overseas

Hi everyone,

My fiance and I have lived in the UK for just over 3 years now, we both currently hold Tier 2 General Shortage Occupation visas. We came over as a couple and after a year or so we got engaged, now we would like to return to Australia briefly to get married.

We are wondering if there is any immigration paperwork that would need to be completed to allow us to marry? My fiance will be keeping her name and won't be changing her title from Miss as there would be a lot of hassel in changing everything over. Do we need to let UKVI know about the marriage?
