Withdrawal process?

Hi there,
I applied for the Tier 2 visa online, went to the agent for biometrics, a day after that I thought that I submitted an incorrect document. I immediately signed in UKVI website and clicked cancel / withdraw the application and requested a refund even I know refund after biometrics is out of the question. My company said that there was no mistake and the provided documents are appropriate.

I am wondering whether clicking cancel and requesting a refund stops the whole process or not? Do I have to fill a form or contact UKVI by e-mail in order to proceed with the withdrawal process? I could not log in to the agent's tracking site as it was only accessible through the UKVI website.
