Tier 2 ICT to PBS Dependant Visa

Hi

I am coming over to UK in June on a tier 2 General visa. My employer in UK had applied for PBS dependent visa for my wife and my son.

Now my Wife's employer in India is willing to send her to UK on Tier 2 ICT Visa.

My query is, if my wife comes on Tier 2 ICT Visa and later on while in UK wants to convert it to PBS Dependent visa then is there a cooling period involved?

Also if we spend 5 years in UK and then I am applying for a PR then her Tier 2 ICT cause any issues at that time?

No!!

She needs 5 yeas on Tier 2 dependent visa to qualify for ILR. Any time spent on Tier 2 ICT does not count.
