what could be the consultant fee to arrange it all...i think obtaining the licence is the trickier bit...

What is the position you are wanting to sponsor someone for?

Who are you trying to sponsor for a tier 2 (friend, family.....)?

If you don't have a physical office, where will the sponsored worker be based and work from?

It must be a legitimate company meeting ALL the requirements in the guidance. You also will unlikely fail to get a licence if your company is very new with no traceable accounts, clients, records, etc.

You also have to meet the RLMT to sponsor and it must be a genuine vacancy and the salary must meet the minimum requirements of at least £30k for experienced or whatever the level is in the SOC for the job.

i have multiple clients in oil and gas and but due to nature of their work my T2 employee will have work from their office. Between the contracts, I would like to find out if they can work from virtual office, which would be cheaper.

the employing company has full account trail and has been established for over 5 years.

i will be supplying on fixed term contract basis,may be daily rate or hourly depends what client prefers. i think later will be more likely.

employees will have to be based in client office for team coordination for project delivery purposes. between the contracts they can work from ‘virtual office’. is this acceptable.

You are setting up a contractor supply business, it is not permitted for tier 2 migrants to be supplied to third parties as you describe.

Therefore your whole reason for a licence is not within the scope of the guidance. It should be refused if you apply.

Wither your own clients or not you are still contracting out labour only services..... your application fee, you decide.

Virtual office - 1000 places to “rent” the use of a space .... you agree your requirements, they let you use the address and as long as you can access a meeting / working space as required - job done. The downside is that unless you can demonstrate that you can house your tier 2 workers at the address if and when required it will not be acceptable.
