Tier 2 ICT - Tier 2 ICT (Dep.) - Tier 2 General/ICT

Hi,

Can someone confirm if the below case is possible?

Initially i am on Tier 2 ICT visa and now on Tier 2 ICT depedant visa. Can i switch to Tier 2 ICT/General without serving 12 months cooling off period?

You need 12 months on tier 2 dependent visa before you can apply for tier 2 General.

Simply changing to dependent visa does not removed the 12 month cooling off period.
