Tier 2 ICT extension for dependent -Passport validity requirement

Hi Guys,

I need a urgent help.

I am in processing making my Tier 2 ICT extension application on next week as my current visa expire in 24th June. I am applying for my children's as dependent along with my application but just realized one of son's passport is getting expired on 11th August 2019 itself ( that mean only 2 months validity on application date).

I am applying my visa in priority service ( 5 days decision making). but now i am bit worried regarding my son's passport validity.

Can you please confirm the legal requirement for passport validly at the time of visa extension for dependent?
